Nephrology Locum Tenens needed for a few months or Permanent. Temporary State License in few weeks. $180-220K pus production bonus, Medical Directorship is available.  Condo and Car. Today, with up to 1.5 million Asian and Western tourists visiting annually the choice is sensational.

This practice was started in the 70's.  Currently, 2 Nephrologist in the multispecialty group practice (4 other subspecialty internists, PA's and NP..). The Hospital is a 200 Bed facility. (10 minutes from office.) 2 Fersinious Dialysis Units (3rd coming soon).  Medicare certified and meet federal regulations and national clinical standards. Fresenius 2008H, high-efficiency, high-flux machines.  340 dialysis patients.

"Dive experts agree. This Island's diving is among the best in the world."  Weather is perfect, Between 75-86 degrees Fahrenheit.  The living expense are less than Calif or NY or Atlanta..and certainly less than Hawaii.

This is not a rural practice although H1 and J1 waivers can be available.  U.S., Social Security, 401k, Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross, Tricare.
